F*ck Your old story.
Choose like you mean it.
Stop repeating the same patterns.
Private, structured behavioral reconstruction for people who already understand their patterns and can't reliably interrupt them. Twelve weeks. One-on-one. By invitation only.
I work with people at the beginning of real inner work who are tired of self-betrayal — in relationships, decisions, and direction — and are ready to do something about it.
This is structured, accountable work designed to create real internal change, not insight without follow-through.
The Real Problem
You already know…
…what conversation needs to happen.
…what decision you've been delaying.
…what pattern keeps repeating.
…where you keep abandoning yourself.
The problem isn't awareness. It's the gap between what you know and what you actually permit.
Insight doesn't close that gap. Willingness does.
*A private 12-week behavioral reconstruction for people done negotiating with themselves.want to see the pattern more clearly?
The Excavation is a free 4-week behavioral inquiry for people who already recognize the pattern — but keep repeating it anyway.
Inside, you'll examine:
The hidden payoff maintaining the behavior
The internal negotiation underneath the pattern
Where the structure first formed
What it actually costs you to stay inside it
Not motivational. Structured honesty.
Who this is for
This work is for you if:
You keep repeating the same relationship or life patterns despite "knowing better"
You struggle to trust your decisions and second-guess yourself constantly
You feel disconnected from what you actually want — not what you should want
You're early in serious inner work and want structure, not spiritual bypassing
You're willing to be honest, uncomfortable, and accountable
You aren't broken. But you do need to be willing.
Who this is NOT for
This work is not for you if:
You want motivation, affirmation, or an emotional boost
You're looking for spiritual language to avoid uncomfortable truths
You expect results without sustained effort
You want someone to fix you or take responsibility for your choices
You're more interested in insight than change
What makes me different
I work with what's actually driving your behavior — not the story you tell about it.
My approach is structured and demanding. Clients move through a defined 12-session arc across 12 weeks, supported by intensive emotional work, midweek coaching, daily check-ins, and real accountability. Effort and follow-through aren't optional.
Willingness creates change. Specifically: the willingness to face uncomfortable truths and stop outsourcing self-worth to relationships, achievements, or approval.
I will pause or discontinue work if someone isn't meeting the standard. Not as punishment, but because transformation can't be performed and progress can't be faked.
I don't see people as broken. I see people who've learned to live in quiet self-betrayal — and I help them rebuild trust with themselves so their choices stop being driven by avoidance.
The Journey
-
A 15–20 minute readiness and fit conversation
This is the first step.
The Calibration Call is not coaching. It is not a discovery call. And it is not designed to make you feel better.
It is a short, focused conversation to determine whether the work I do is appropriate for you right now.
During this call, we will:
Clarify why you're reaching out at this moment
Assess your readiness for honest, responsibility-based work
Establish expectations and boundaries
Decide whether a Truth Audit is the correct next step
This call exists to protect the integrity of the work — for both of us.
Some people leave this call knowing they're ready to go deeper. Others leave realizing they're not yet willing to face what's true.
Both outcomes are successful.
This call is for you if:
You're stuck, dissatisfied, or quietly off-course
You're willing to look at your own role in where you are
You want clarity more than comfort
You're not looking for advice, hacks, or motivation
This call is not for you if:
You want reassurance or solutions
You're in acute emotional crisis
You're shopping for coaches
You're not willing to be challenged
At the end of the call, one of three things will happen:
We book a Truth Audit
I tell you this isn't the right time
I refer you elsewhere
No pressure. No selling. Just clarity.
-
A 60-minute diagnostic session for people who are done negotiating with themselves
The Truth Audit is not coaching. It is not therapy. And it is not a feel-good conversation.
It is a structured, confrontational inquiry into how you are actually living — versus how you say you want to live.
This session exists for one purpose: to make the truth impossible to ignore.
During the Truth Audit, we will examine:
Where your life is misaligned with your stated values
What it is costing you to stay the same
The stories you use to justify delay, avoidance, or compromise
The desire you've learned to downplay or postpone
The gap between who you know yourself to be and how you are currently living
We do not solve problems in this session. We do not create breakthroughs. We do not design plans.
We expose reality — cleanly, calmly, and without negotiation.
Most people leave the Truth Audit feeling sharper, quieter, and more honest than they've felt in a long time. Some feel unsettled. None leave unchanged.
This session is for you if:
You feel stuck, off-course, or quietly dissatisfied with your life
You sense you're living a version of life that isn't truly yours
You are willing to take responsibility for where you are
You want clarity more than comfort
You are ready to stop lying to yourself
This session is not for you if:
You want advice, tools, or reassurance
You're looking for motivation or mindset work
You want to be fixed or rescued
You are unwilling to feel discomfort
You are not prepared to hear the truth
The Truth Audit does not tell you what to do next. It shows you what you can no longer pretend not to see.
For some, that is enough. For others, it becomes the doorway to deeper work.

A 12-week container for people who are ready to stop negotiating with themselves.
The Doorway Program is a structured, high-containment process designed to dismantle the internal patterns that keep you living a life that works — but isn't yours.
Inside the container, we work directly with:
The adaptations that once kept you safe but now keep you stuck
The ways you normalize self-betrayal as "just how things are"
The gap between what you know is true and how you actually live
Your relationship to responsibility, choice, and consequence
What it would mean to stop negotiating with yourself
A properly timed breakthrough experience lives inside the container and is held, integrated, and translated into real life.
What you get:
12 weekly primary sessions (60–90 minutes)
One guided breakthrough experience
Mid-week coaching check-ins
Daily accountability
Clear expectations and standards
Most people leave the Doorway Program with clearer internal authority, stronger self-trust, and fewer internal negotiations. They don't feel "fixed." They feel aligned — and responsible.
Duration: 12 weeks
Investment: $13,500
Outcome: Integrated change, internal authority, and the ability to live without self-betrayal -
A private advisory session is a single, focused conversation designed to surface the truth quickly and force real decisions.
This is not coaching. There is no ongoing support, no motivation, and no hand-holding.
These sessions are for people who are externally successful but internally misaligned — people who already know something is off and are done negotiating with themselves.
During the session, we cut through the story, identify the real problem beneath the presenting issue, and name the decisions that are being avoided. The work is direct, confrontational, and precise.
Some people leave with clarity and a clear next move. Some leave realizing they are not ready to choose — and finally seeing that honestly.
Either way, the session stands on its own.
This work is not designed to be comfortable. It is designed to be effective.
Duration: 60–90 minutes
Sessions are by conversation only. Not everyone is a fit.
“Travis has a rare ability to create a space that feels both safe and genuine. During our session, he guided me through a meditation that helped me find real peace with past memories—something I didn't expect to access so quickly or honestly. His empathy is natural, not performative, and his guidance felt grounded, thoughtful, and deeply human. Travis listens in a way that allows you to open up at your own pace, and he meets you exactly where you are. I came away feeling clearer, calmer, and genuinely supported. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking meaningful inner work with a compassionate and skilled guide.”
— Seth A.
What People Are Saying
“What I loved about Travis was his perceptiveness, his ability to cut to the heart of what I was saying and reflect back to me the Truth of what I was expressing. I came in longing for or desiring a sense of calm, peace, and love and that is exactly what I was feeling by the end of the session. I would recommend Travis to anyone looking for something more in their life but feeling stuck as how to get there.”
— Brian F.
“Working with Travis was profound and enlightening. His insights into what was holding me back and the source of my resistance were eye-opening. His coaching was supportive and effective leading me to multiple breakthroughs. By the end of our session, I was in tears of joy and felt freedom I had long forgotten. I would highly recommend this man to show you what is possible in your life to elevate you to the next level.”
— Stephen J.
About Me
For more than two decades I worked inside high-pressure culinary and leadership environments — places where standards, accountability, and performance carried immediate consequences. You either delivered or the consequences showed up the same night. That kind of environment trains you to watch behavior carefully.
Not presentation.
Not intention.
Behavior.
What kept pulling my attention wasn’t the work itself. It was what was happening underneath it: the way intelligent, capable people — myself included — learn to override themselves while remaining outwardly functional. The negotiations. The compromises. The ways people adapt to patterns that no longer serve them while continuing to perform competence externally.
What interests me is not the insight itself.
It’s the negotiation that happens afterward.
Most people already know more than they admit. They know where they are divided. They know which conversations have been avoided. They know where their behavior no longer matches what they claim to value.
But awareness alone rarely changes behavior.
The body activates before the mind decides. The nervous system locks in before the conscious story catches up. And over time, people become incredibly skilled at performing understanding while continuing to live inside the same structure.
That is where my work lives.
I work primarily with highly capable, externally successful people who are quietly exhausted by the gap between what they know and how they continue to live. Many have spent years inside environments where very few people challenge them honestly anymore. By the time they reach me, the issue is rarely awareness.
The issue is willingness.
Specifically, the willingness to stop protecting the existing identity structure once honesty begins carrying consequences.
My approach is direct and confrontational by design. Not theatrical. Not punishing. Confrontational because avoidance survives in the spaces nobody is willing to name directly. The work combines behavioral observation, confrontational inquiry, somatic awareness, emotional pattern recognition, and real-world implementation designed to create lasting structural change rather than temporary insight.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about becoming unable to continue betraying what you already know.

The Mirror
Some people prefer this work directly, in conversation.
Others work privately and independently, through structure and repetition.
